Dale Collier Jr.
Dale was born and raised in Palatine with his wife Laura of 22 years and moved to Cary in 2002 with their 2 children (at the time), Hayden and Laney. They originally purchased a home in the Cimmaron subdivision of Cary and lived there until 2014, at which time they were excited to build a new home in the Enclaves of Fox Trails with their now 3 children Hayden (20), Laney (16) and Lilah (5) as their family grew.
As current owner and Vice-President at Tri State Hydraulics in Elk Grove Village, Dale began his career there in the spring on 1997. Tri State's primary business repairs and sells very dynamic new and re-manufactured hydraulics components for other local businesses.
In the community Dale has been heavily involved with a number of organizations, including Cary Youth Baseball and the Cary Travel program with his son Hayden, volunteering at Cary-Grove High School for their musical programs and contributing to the Swing Choir performances. Much like Dale, his daughter Laney, a Junior at Cary-Grove High School, is involved in a number of programs in the community, including Swing Choir, Acappella Choir and a member of both the Varsity Poms and Varsity Dance teams. Dale’s youngest daughter Lilah is a wonderful Kindergartner at the new Oak Knoll ECC and plays basketball with Cary Hoops as well as loving dance classes at CGPAC (Cary Grove Preforming Arts Center).
In their free time Dale and his family enjoy the number of community events and amenities Cary is so fortunate to offer, such as dinning at a number of their favorite local restaurants, attending CG football games, and being at the many performances at the Cary Grove Theater. His family feels very fortunate to be a part of the Cary community and to contribute what they can to make it even stronger.
